We invite you to support the life-changing work of the Madonna Foundation by attending Walk With Her: Experience & Luncheon. Together, we’ll celebrate 25 years of serving remarkable young women and continuing our support of opportunities that empower them to succeed in high school, college and beyond.

This event is more than a luncheon – it’s an opportunity to follow in the footsteps of our Madonna Scholars. Experience their journeys firsthand, gain a deeper understanding of the challenges they navigate and witness the lasting impact your support has on their lives.

Your day will begin at one of our partner high schools, where you’ll experience a scholar’s daily routine and gain a unique perspective on her educational path. Then, we’ll gather for lunch to reflect on the experience, celebrate our scholars and look toward the future of the Madonna Foundation.

Proceeds from the Walk With Her: Experience & Luncheon. directly support the meaningful work of the Madonna Foundation, a philanthropic mission of Franciscan Ministries, helping young women overcome barriers, pursue their education and realize their full potential.

About the Madonna Foundation Established in 2001 by the Franciscan Sisters of Chicago, the Madonna Scholars Program awards scholarships to young women of all faiths who demonstrate financial need and academic promise. The Madonna Foundation is the only scholarship organization in the Chicago region focused exclusively on women’s secondary education. Through scholarships, mentoring and enrichment programs, the Foundation helps young women build the knowledge, confidence and skills needed to succeed in high school, college and beyond.

8:30–9:00 a.m.: Donor Check-in & Continental Breakfast
9:00–9:15 a.m.: Welcome & Overview of the Day
9:15–10:30 a.m.: Classroom Visits with a Scholar
10:30–11:00 a.m.: Student Testimony & Thank You/Farewell
11:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m.: Reception at Smith & Wollensky
12:00 p.m.–1:30 p.m.: Luncheon at Smith & Wollensky
