To Promote Empowerment & Academic Achievement
About us
What We Do
The Madonna Scholars Program awards scholarships to female students of all faiths who demonstrate financial need and a desire for academic success. We are the only scholarship organization in the Chicago region focusing exclusively on women’s secondary education.
As students from first-generation and minority backgrounds, our scholars face barriers. The Madonna Foundation’s programming helps them overcome these barriers and acquire the confidence, critical skills and competencies needed for success in high school, college and beyond.
Success Stories
The Foundation annually awards partial tuition scholarships to deserving young women who demonstrate financial need and the potential for academic achievement. Without the Foundation's financial aid, these young women could not afford to attend Catholic high schools.
TOOLS & RESOURCES
Scholar Programming
The Madonna Foundation aims to support scholars and their families inside and outside the classroom. We want to provide individuals with the tools, education and confidence they need to find success throughout their lives. With that goal in mind, along with tuition scholarships, we provide additional programs each academic year focusing on college readiness, financial literacy, academic support, leadership training, service learning and spiritual well-being.
YOU CAN HELP
Ways to Donate & Support Our Mission
The Madonna Foundation serves young women who face barriers in the Chicago area through scholarships to attend all-female Catholic high schools as well as robust academic, leadership and college readiness programming.
Your contribution will help ensure that we can continue to serve others through our scholarships and programming.
Our Community Partners
The Madonna Foundation is thankful to our event sponsors and community partners for supporting our mission of empowerment and higher education attainment for young women in the Chicago area through Catholic education.
